The Techbed
The Techbed is our original and most popular beanbag stand, designed to be the perfect size for using your tablet, eReader or book around the home.
Philippa and I recognise that everyone is different and has their own requirements, which is why we created the Techbed range in three sizes.
Techbed Mini
Our compact option for smartphones, eReaders and tablets up to 8". Ideal for travelling, working at a desk or simply having your phone propped up hands-free.
Techbed
Designed for tablets, eReaders and books, with devices up to 10.9". Perfect for reading, watching films, following recipes, browsing or playing games without having to hold your device.
The Techbed can also bring your screen into a more comfortable viewing position, rather than having it flat on a table or constantly looking down at it.
And it's not just for adults! The Techbed is equally useful for children who enjoy watching or using a tablet, giving them a simple way to prop it up rather than holding it or looking down at a flat screen.
Techbed Maxi
Our largest Techbed is designed for tablets up to 14.6". It can also support eReaders, large books and paperbacks.
We originally created the Maxi after customers asked us for a larger version of the Techbed. It has since proved useful for much more than simply holding a tablet, including providing support when using a device or when additional arm support is helpful.
The entire Techbed range is handmade by Edge Beanbags in our home workshop in Wollaton, Nottingham, using quality materials sourced in the UK.
We use the same care and materials across the range, from the smallest Techbed Mini through to our much larger bespoke beanbags.
